Fully Trained Therapists

Our therapists are trained in many different skills sets including; Hypnotherapy, Hypnoanalysis, Cognitive Work, traditional Talking Therapy, Mindfulness, Internal Family System, Life Span Integration. Our therapists work with a whole range of clients from individual needs, couples, families and corporate.

Training and ongoing CPD is a crucial part of staying up to date as a therapist. Whilst we are not a training organisation, we do arrange training across a range of skill sets which include online webinars and in person events.
