Hello, I’m Penny.

I’m a Clinical and Analytical Hypnotherapist with over 20 years’ experience, and I have had the privilege of helping many hundreds of people overcome anxiety, emotional difficulties and patterns that have been holding them back from living happier, more fulfilling lives.

My approach is based on the belief that every person is unique, and therapy should never be a one-size-fits-all process. I combine Clinical Hypnotherapy, Hypno-analysis and coaching skills to create a personalised approach for each client, choosing the methods that best suit their individual needs, goals and circumstances.

Alongside Clinical Hypnotherapy, I specialise in Hypno-analysis, a deeper therapeutic approach that focuses on identifying and resolving the underlying causes of emotional difficulties rather than simply managing symptoms. This can be particularly valuable for people experiencing long-standing anxiety, recurring patterns, low self-esteem, emotional blocks or difficulties connected to past experiences.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent over 30 years working internationally as a coach. This experience has given me a deep understanding of human behaviour, communication and personal development, and these skills continue to enhance the way I work with clients today. I believe that effective therapy combines insight, compassion and practical tools that enable people to create lasting change.

I work exclusively online via Zoom, supporting clients throughout the UK and internationally. Over the years, I have found online hypnotherapy to be every bit as effective as face-to-face sessions, while offering the added benefits of convenience, accessibility and the comfort of receiving support from your own chosen environment.

I also specialise in hypnobirthing, offering private sessions as well as a self-learning programme. I love helping expectant parents develop confidence, calm and trust in their bodies through relaxation, breathing techniques and positive mindset practices, creating a more empowered approach to birth.

At the heart of my work is the belief that feeling truly heard and understood is an essential part of the therapeutic process. I provide a warm, confidential and non-judgemental space where clients can explore their challenges safely and begin to make the changes they want to see.

My aim is not simply to help people manage their difficulties, but to support them in understanding themselves more deeply and creating positive, lasting transformation in their lives.
